      The company was an outsourced sales and marketing company which has been open for business since 2010. My role was purely performance/ goal based meaning that it was 100% commission only. As a door to door fundraiser my role was to represent international recognisable registered charity clients and speak to people at their homes encouraging them to lend their support. I was responsible for talking to the potential donor with a high level of product knowledge in order to enable to the donor to empathise with the cause in a way that suited them. I would be required to get the customer involved, from knocking on their door, to securing their details and leaving them with a welcome pack and all of their questions answered.
