I enjoyed working with Shannon during the early pilot period (start-up) of the Department of Defense's Military & Family Life Consultant. Shannon was a true professional and very proactive in making decisions quickly and under pressure. Her goal, as well as mine, was to see the success of the MFLC Program on every stateside base she managed. Through hours of pure commitment and strong work ethics, we were able to see the program grow from one military base to another. Each base had different expectations and demands, with Shannon's finesse and professionalism we were able to meet and, in some cases, exceed our client's expectations. It was truly a pleasure and honor to work with her!
