• Improve Operational Systems, processes and policies in support of company’s mission – while ensuring office compliance for financial and Department of Licensing audits • Train and manage staff to handle handle agent issues and requests • Grow the Education Team of approved instructors teaching under company's clock hour approved school while creating content for clock hour classes approval with DOL • Drafting any and all company contracts, policies, forms, etc. • A/P, A/R, Payroll for the Company while collaberating with Owner for financial reporting and budgeting • Train, define, track, and communicate key metrics to understand how office team is meeting goals using the CRM • Ensure that proper controls on marketplace and CRM system are operating effectively while working with graphic designer, administrative staff, office managers, and Owner to manage products and services provided to clients, monitoring price controls, analytics, and identify additional opportunities to drive improvement in the organization • Create processes and procedures to increase efficiency, speed and quality of recognition, marketing, sales and recruiting programs.
