• Lead the CCSSO team responsible for college- and career-ready standards implementation.• Secured funding and developed the High-Quality Instructional Materials and Professional Development (IMPD) Network. As program manager for the IMPD Network, provide overall direction and guidance to states to support implementation of strategic plans that increases adoptions of high-quality instructional materials and professional development supporting use of these materials. • Manage the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and Chief Talent Officer (CTO) Collaborative which includes agenda development and execution of three in-person convenings, on-site meeting facilitation and presentations, and technical assistance, support and guidance to these senior leaders as needed. • Set priorities for and monitor spending against the programmatic budget, the IMPD Network, and the CAO/CTO Collaborative.• Provide technical assistance and support to all states on college- and career-readiness standards implementation, policies and programs.• Serve as a spokesperson for CCSSO on Common Core State Standards implementation with the media and national stakeholders.• Manage relationships with funders and develop funding proposals for standards implementation, ensuring consistency and connections between deliverables and goals in each grant; ensure grant deliverables are met and managed according to agreement.• Coordinate activities and make connections between the standards, assessment, early childhood and accountability programmatic areas and with other initiatives and programs at CCSSO, including the Education Workforce initiative.
