Quite simply, Shannon runs the best meetings I've ever attended. Whenever our team meets with her we finish with fewer to-dos than we had at the beginning. She visits with resources, highlights strengths, and always has action plans for next steps. Shannon is a go-to colleague, the sort of person to drop in on when you need to think out a different approach to a lesson or to tease out student thinking on an assessment. As the math coach she has modeled efficiency and structures that have improved our practice in and out of the classroom. She multiplies the effectiveness of those around her.

Shannon is a creative and innovative instructional coach. She is supportive of teachers, and yet is not afraid to ask the hard questions to be sure best practices are constantly and the forefront of instruction. Shannon goes above and beyond her defined role to make the American School of Bombay an excellent place to teach and learn.
