Shannon is an excellent leader and goes above and beyond to support her team. She did a great job coming to our team by getting to know everyone, personalizing visits to store needs, and providing a lot of knowledge. I know I’m one manager but multiple managers have told me they love Shannon’s store walk approach and how she personalizes visits for the store. Shannon is full of knowledge and made it a priority that her team could learn product knowledge and always knew what to say to get BCs onboard with learning to sell new products or our own brands. Shannon was a great supervisor and any company would be lucky to have such a strong people leader.
