Shannon is an exceptional individual and General Manager. Under her leadership, the team transformed NannyLane from a concept into the fastest-growing product at CareGuide. She skillfully managed numerous critical areas, including hiring, strategy, research, design, and data analysis. Her ability to keep the team and processes lean while consistently delivering outstanding results is truly impressive. I greatly appreciate her analytical skills and strong commitment to growth. Through her guidance, NannyLane is now positioned for future success, as seen by its exciting expansion into Canada. I highly recommend hiring Shannon to witness firsthand the incredible impact she can make!

I had the absolute pleasure of reporting directly to Shannon during my time at CareGuide. Shannon's commitment to her craft is incredibly admirable. Watching her grow from Product Manager to Director of Nanny Lane was inspiring and well deserved. She had this infectious drive to constantly grow and push herself to take on any challenge that came her way, and she did so with ease! As my manager, I am eternally grateful for the impact Shannon has left on my career. She's intentional in her efforts to support her team grow and reach their highest potential. Whether it was through our 1:1s or quarterly check-ins, Shannon always showed a genuine interest in my growth. She even went as far as to help me create a professional development plan which I used to pursue opportunities I would've never considered. As a Product Manager, collaborating with Shannon felt like a breeze. She was very organized in her approach to managing projects and ensuring they met our business objectives. We worked closely to determine how design contributes to those goals and she was always present to deliver any data, research, and generally unblock me at times when needed. Anyone who gets to work with Shannon would be incredibly fortunate.
