Shannon did an excellent job as a Recruiting Coordinator while I was at Delphi Technologies! She joined the team at a very busy time and was in much need of detailed organization/follow up. Shannon stepped up to the plate and put in many processes to keep things on track with candidates, HRBPs and the hiring managers.
