Develops and communicates the bank’s brand and social presence through a multipronged communication plan. Ensures Community Banking officers join relevant Community organizations and participate in community events setting objectives and outcomes for each officer and market and guiding their accomplishments. Ensures that RCB meets their CRA goals through the actions and initiatives of the Community Development Officers who will responsible for CRA activities in their designated markets.
