  I head the finance division at STA Law Firm Dubai. I am based in Dubai and manage a team across UAE, GCC and STA's international offices. Briefly, I'm responsible for preparing business plans, collaborate with other senior lawyers in Dubai office, improving firm's financial processes, analyses, controls and deliverables to continually strengthen how the function supports STA. I develop the right performance measures for firm's business objectives and ensure completion of all monthly reporting requirements for STA besides handling compliance for our Dubai law firm.
