  As the Training Manager with Australian Institute of ICT (AIICT) powered by DDLS Australia, my focus predominantly revolves around ensuring AIICT delivers the highest possible standards of student learning and assessment on a consistent basis. Specifically, my capacities include: - Lead, deliver and manage Vocational Education Programs, ensuring the appropriate requirements are met and abided by - Develop an engaging and informative learning experience, ensuring high levels of retention and consistent program completion - Through in-depth analysis, highlight and coordinate areas of continual improvement regarding learning resources within VET Programs, assessment and student support, directly associated with the delivery of courses, ensuring that stakeholder expectations are not only met, but exceeded - Lead the development and improvement of teaching methods and best practices, enhancing the long-term sustainability of AIICT’s VET Program and its links with various industry and community stakeholders - Offer consistent consultation with student support activities, assisting with overall student management - Ensure all VET programs within AIICT comply with all relevant and applicable ASQA standards - Initiate all educational improvements across VET programs, including models of delivery, training plans, course content, workbooks, LMS, assessment processes, validation and moderation, trainer communication and wellness for courses within the VET program
