Working under AETOS Guard Services (AGS), I was assigned both administrative and logistic duties.Logistic Duties:- Oversaw the management of AGS stores (i.e., security equipment logistics); and liaised with Operations Managers on the disposal, purchase, and loaning of equipment- Responsible for tabulation and facilitated distribution of welfare items and the weekly Personal Protection Equipment for office and ground staff- Arranged the manufacture and replacement of Security name tagsAdministrative Duties:- Acted as the primary liaison between AGS and internal and external training course providers- Responsible for the purchase of resources and equipment, and raising Purchase Requisition using SAP- Worked with Procurement in the management and filing of purchase documents on behalf of AGS (i.e., quotations, invoices, etc.)- Worked with Operations Managers, Finance, and HR departments in the optimisation and clarification of ad-hoc document submissions- Liaised with HR on the tabulation of new staff intake- Responsible for communicating with security officers and dealing with queriesDuring my time at AETOS, I have learned to work swiftly and efficiently under pressure as there were many tight deadlines for important submissions that I had to work with internally, pushing me to perform faster and better. Moreover, dealing with multiple ad-hoc submissions a week, I had to learn to be swift and adept at problem-solving, especially during the COVID-19 period when I had to learn to work around and cover manpower shortages.
