  📍 Design, analysis, and pre-compensation of diffractive optical components (DOE) for 3D sensing (structured light and Time of flight(ToF)). 📍 Developed Computer generated hologram (CGH) algorithm based on liquid crystal on silicon projection system (LCoS) for next generation Augmented Reality-Head Up Display(AR-HUD). 📍 Developed Fouier transform beam propagation method (FT-BPM) and rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA) (Himax in house not commercial tools)to analyze DOE optical quality. (New flow to design, optimize, accelerate mass production diffractive optical components (DOE)). 📍 Developed optical proximity correction (OPC) for DOE by deep learning. 📍 Analyzed and corrected manufacturing errors of DOE(Gage R&R). 📍 Designed Metalens (Metasurface) for infrared collimating lenses.
