Shane is a fantastic team-pleayer that always had an open ear for those beneath him. No matter which position in the company, Shane always had an open door, and ear, and would always deliver on a solution that was best for all involved. He's extremely hard-working and a massive asset to any position he's in.

David Molesky

Shane has the rare combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills that directly leads to him being an excellent manager and leader. It's apparent he prides himself (and rightfully so) in his communication skills and common sense. Shane really sets himself above the rest by bringing a level of excellence to everything he does, never settling for good enough. He's very well rounded and would excel at any position he decided to take.
