Shane is a fantastic practice leader, business advocate and human being. He has successfully coached, led and created a whole generation of competent BAs - and BA managers - who have learnt to follow their passions and become specialists in Agile, Data Migration and stakeholder management. Shane is extremely well connected to this community of practice across Melbourne is is a trusted advisor to many internally and externally. This has also helped him to locate and retain talent both in our permanent and contract workforce. With his repeated success with Business Analysis, Shane needed a new challenge and took on leadership of our Solution Architects into a contemporary world of business, service and cloud architecture. He accepted this challenge with relish and I am sure his team - and the stakeholders who leverage his team to deliver outcomes - appreciate his hard work and the outcomes he has achieved. He has not only focused on improving the quality, speed and consistency of delivery but has solved many intractable issues around engagement and reputation that architects traditionally encounter. I thank Shane for all his efforts and cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone who wants to drive competency, performance and results through their delivery practices.
