Undertaken and excelled at multiple projects such as: - Designing, evaluating, and implementing adaptable and inventive lifting equipment to ensure manual handling regulations are met. All lifting equipment has been Finite Element Analysed to ensure they meet insurance criteria. - Liaising with Research and Development Department to manufacture a brand new pump design. This involved applying innovative manufacturing techniques over a 2 year period to successfully implement a new range of pumps. - CAD designing and programming a new range of valves within the Alfa Laval product line. Involvement currently on hold due to company relocation. Using my knowledge of programming and machining to improve existing products and manufacturing techniques e.g., suggesting more efficient tooling and altering programmes. Planning and executing shop orders to offer more streamlined production line. Assisting my peers and fixing production issues before they cause a backlog and cost implications. Further developed knowledge of CAD/CAM systems such as NX, Edgecam, SolidWorks, Fusion360 and OnShape.Facilitating the successful collaboration of knowledge between the Eastbourne and Kolding, Denmark sites including staff management and training at both locations.
