- Developed a fully automated public equity valuation algorithm that leverages fundamental and technical stock data to calculate the intrinsic value of equities in collaboration with a partner. The output include investment summary reports and equity valuations and ratings (buy, sell, hold). - The intent was to use the algorithm to build an investment fund; however, after numerous iterations (back tested to the early 2000’s), the conclusion was that scalability issues made it more suitable as a personal investment strategy. - Note: Continue to actively invest personal assets in individual equities and index funds using Cambire-developed tools plus additional proprietary tools and methods created subsequent to putting Cambire into indefinite suspension. Activities include investment research, market and finance research, development of analytics hypothesis, and the application of statistical modelling techniques.

Data Analytics Consultant

- Engaged by MNP, Edmonton Economic Development Corp. (EEDC), and Treelink (local arboriculture company) to support business analysis, database development, data analytics and data validation projects. - MNP engagement: completed an analytical review of Alberta’s 2011-2019 wildfire seasons to support a more wholesome review of Alberta’s wildfire management practices and performance, including cost analysis, KPI review, wildfire season intensity, behaviour and trends. - EEDC engagement: completed an analysis of qualitative survey data from Edmonton’s summer 2018 events and developed surveys report for key stakeholders to support future planning of Edmonton’s summer festivals. - Treelink engagement: developed a process for collecting (database development, data collection) and reviewing (data analytics) project operations data to support a review of project quoting accuracy and to guide future project quoting decisions.
