Having worked with Shane previously as a publicist at David Gersten & Associates, I hired Shane to supervise our marketing and sponsorship efforts in-house for the 2010 New York Musical Theatre Festival. He exceeded expectations across the board, consistently bringing new, outside-the-box ideas to the table; tenaciously following up on leads until we found the right partners for the festival and an overwhelming array of special events; and providing positive leadership to a team of marketing interns. Shane's positivity, genuine friendliness, and concern for the entire NYMF staff made him a valuable team member.

Shane is one of the best young press agents it's been my pleasure to encounter. In summer 2009 I produced a show at the NY Fringe Festival, which offers over 200 productions occurring simultaneously - and all seeking exposure. Shane managed a rare trifecta. he got the show, THE 49 PROJECT by Mary Adkins, featured in the NY Times in advance of our performances. He got the show reviewed by the NY Times, which less than 10% of shows can manage. And he got us selected as one of the 6 Shows To Watch For in the NY Post advance coverage. With our photo as the sole selected image to accompany this last article. As a result, all of the other mentions of our show in other media cited the high buzz quotient for THE 49 PROJECT. We sold out every performance, with waiting lists, lines for cancellations - the best one can hope. Shane did a wonderful job, was a joy to have as a colleague. He's thoughtful, engaging, delightful, and a great person. I have already hired him again, for another small project, and recommended him to another professional colleague. I would recommend Shane to anyone. Jack Thomas, Producer Bulldog Theatrical
