  SH70 Inland Road, Earthquake Repair WorksI was very fortunate to be involved in the initial repair works on Inland Road between Mt Lyford and the Conway River.   I joined Downer in March 2013 as a graduate engineer as part of the Christchurch Maintenance Division. After demonstrating diligent project management skills, I was moved to the role of Assistant Contract Manager overseeing five crews on the high profile Christchurch City Council maintenance contract.This role has me actively involved in many construction projects requiring stakeholder and customer management, understanding and resolving issues, managing client expectations and ensuring a high quality end product for the customer.
