      Involved in the formulation of the Development Structure plan for a 2,200 hectare mixed use development in Al Ain. Some of the development assets included a Ski resort, two golf courses, a new town Centre, water park, and a 105ha solar farm and over 2,000 keys over 8 hotels. Whilst the majority of masterplan assets were on hold as a result of the financial crash, a substantial quantum of design planning and authority submissions had been undertaken at a masterplan, infrastructural and individual asset level.
