  Involved in the formulation of the Development Structure plan for a 2,200 hectare mixed use development in Al Ain. Some of the development assets included a Ski resort, two golf courses, a new town Centre, water park, and a 105ha solar farm and over 2,000 keys over 8 hotels. Whilst the majority of masterplan assets were on hold as a result of the financial crash, a substantial quantum of design planning and authority submissions had been undertaken at a masterplan, infrastructural and individual asset level. I drafted numerous strategy papers including Project Terms of Reference, Project Charters, Stakeholder Management Strategies, Project Handbooks, Project Management Plans, Communication Management Plans, Procurement Strategies, and Risk Management Plans. I was heavily involved in the pre-qualification and appointment of venders including compiling, reviewing and making recommendations based on RFI/RFP’s/RFT/RFQ for Consultants and Contractors.
