I had the immense pleasure of working with Shane as part of the incredibly successful 4-man project management team, reporting to the Director and were responsible for implementing an entire EMS service in 5 Emirate in UAE. Operating under the spotlight of royalty, government & media this was a huge undertaking and one in which Shane excelled with his diplomacy, patience, tact and skill. Working with a multi national-cultural staff of 200+ this was an interesting and enjoyable project and Shane's ability to teamwork and foster the motivation of the clinical staff was outstanding.

Shane is the person I would want to arrive on the scene if I was in an accident or seriously injured. He is professional, trustworthy, well qualified and caring. He is a good friend and a hard worker.
