As the former corporate office manager at Nevada Railroad Materials, we worked closely on a daily basis to execute the day-to-day operations of the business. Shane was a Vice President and the right hand to the owner/President. Shane is an exceptional manager. He is honest, kind, fare, and he is focused on the needs of the company and its employees. I have found Shane to be self –motivated, punctual, patient, and determined in all that he does. Shane is always going above and beyond in his duties. On several occasions I witnessed Shane be the first one in and the last one out of the office to make sure that deadlines were met and the project was completed with accuracy. I believe Shane would be an asset to any corporation and has my highest recommendation. Shane has a strength of character not found in most people. Even though he was let go due to corporate downsizing, he stayed on long enough to help with the transition and to make sure things went smoothly.
