      Project Experience: - Churchill Hospital PFI (£125 Million) PFI Joint Venture (Carillion UK Construction & Impregilo Spa) - New Build Hospital specialising in Cancer treatment & recovery - Surgery & Diagnostics Wards - Private Patients Ward - Theatres I was based on this Project from Ground-Breaking until Practical Completion and ended up being Commercially Responsible for £15m worth of Sub-Contract Accounts and the overall Financial Reporting for the Client / Banks TA After Completion of the Hospital i moved to RSME Bicester. This was an £80 million development for the Ministry of Defence in Bicester, Oxford. The Project involved the Construction of New Buildings & Refurbishment of existing facilities to support the RSME Operations shift in time for the Olympics. This Project was especially difficult as all works were underway on a live Military site. I was Commercially Responsible for £12m worth of Sub-Contract Packages from Tender to Final Account.
