Senior Surveyor/Project Manager in the Williamsport, PA office. As a professional land surveyor licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, I was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing projects from proposal to completion, mentoring and managing survey staff, actively developing departmental policies and procedures and representing the surveying/geomatics industry at career fairs and educational venues. My tenure at RETTEW has been woven with a variety of projects in resource conservation, oil and gas permitting, land development, ALTA/ACSM surveys, UAS surveys, laser scanning and boundary retracement surveys. With over twenty-three years experience in land surveying, land development and project management, I have developed a particular interest in developing junior staff and am currently mentoring five individuals towards professional licensure. Served as a supervisor of the drafting department responsible for oversight of the timely and accurate completion of plan sets and distribution of plans/files to manufacturing and clients. Served as a client liaison traveling to sites for discrepancy resolution and product recommendation. During my time at CS, I served on a management committee tasked with developing departmental policies and procedures and product development, and worked to develop an improved scheduling process for the drafting team. Project Manager - Survey/Land Development

Served as a project manager for survey and land development projects. I began my tenure at KSA as a survey technician responsible for daily field activities, project research and CAD. My position evolved into serving as a Party Chief while continuing my technician responsibilities. After further developing my skill set, I began managing projects from proposal to completion, mentoring staff, building and maintaining client relationships and working with clients, other professionals and local agencies to obtain project/plan approval. This position set the foundation for my career in surveying/geomatics and provided a bounty of opportunities to develop my skill set across a broad spectrum of projects. We specialized in boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, flood certifications, construction stakeout, subdivision, land development, deed and plan preparation and on-lot sewage planning.
