Senior Behaviour Change Specialist

As a Senior Consultant, I contributed behavioural, research and communications expertise into work streams of Changeworks, clients and partner organisations. I project managed a range of interventions and social research projects for Scottish and local government, national intermediaries, housing associations and commercial organisations. Additionally, I specialised in communications and stakeholder engagement. Using behavioural science and applied psychology, I supported shifts in mindset, behaviours and culture. Role heavily involved workshop delivery, group facilitation and developing and delivering training (all online and in-person).
