  13 years field experience performing service work, mostly residential but industrial at times, backflow testing, repairs and replacement. Performed wet, dry, deluge and preaction systems inspections testing and maint along with basic fire alarm testing/ inspections knowledge, spent 2 years as service manager for eastern nc in 2016 and eastern nc and sc in 2014, my duties were to schedule inspections and all service work, take service calls to dispatch techs, process inspection paperwork for needed quotes, priced out quotes and invoices and ordered materials for service work to be performed.
