I have worked along side Shane for the past 2 and a half years and know that she is outstanding recruiter! Under very demanding conditions Shane has worked very hard to find the right candidate for the right opening with her Consultative approach to recruiting and the hiring manager relationship. She goes above and beyond the normal Sr. Recruiter responsibilities to provide reports weekly to business leaders that help identify trends necessary to influence manager's around the hiring process.
