It has been my distinct pleasure to work with Shane since 2007. During those 11 years, I’ve seen him solve not only complex technical issues, but, as importantly, effectively interact with different communities to develop the right solution at the right time and for the constituents impacted. His ability to develop requirements and the processes and technical solutions to meet them is only enhanced his ability to do so while coordinating disparate, often competing demands from multiple stakeholders. In addition to developing amazing technical solutions, Shane has the ability to test those solutions to ensure they meet real world operating demands and then role those solutions out with training that guarantees day one effectiveness. Finally, the picture would be incomplete if I didn’t recognize Shane’s work ethic and dedication. There is no one that works harder or is most focused on mission success than Shane. I can without reservation recommend him for any challenge no matter how complex or difficult and look forward to future opportunities to work together.

Shane brings years of disaster recovery experience to bear on solving complex business challenges. He is adept at working with diverse stakeholders to craft solutions. Shane is able to serve as a bridge between technical teams and on the ground operations teams. He is dedicated to getting things done and is an incredible asset to any team.
