I supervise a crew of about 20+ employees. I make sure that all job tasks are completed in a timely manner. I do ordering for many items that we use in the store. Stamps, Lottery, money, & cigarettes. I count down drawers, build them up, I also do inventory on all I have mentioned daily. I handle customer complaints, refunds. I also do the bookkeeping- manage money, making sure all paperwork and money are in and going to the right places. I also have 20 years of customer service skills. Also, since August of 2019 I have taken on a new role as the Front End Customer Service Manager and Payroll Processor. I now supervise a crew of 45 employees and process payroll for about 150 employees. I still do everything stated above plus meet deadlines in a timely manner. Show less
