I worked on both the B2B and B2C marketing sides of the company, marketing to university staff and also to university students. My focus, though, was on student marketing. I was responsible for the fortnightly student newsletter, the student blog and also running webinars for students. I also worked closely with the Head of Marketing to create content for our university staff audience. This included blog posts (writing and proofreading), whitepaper reports (writing some sections and proofreading) and other downloadable content. Working on data analysis for a new Driver Programme that the company had created, to aid Mi Águila in finding problems with this programme and working out how to improve it. I was also in charge of phoning drivers on a daily basis, to discover any problems there were with the app and to communicate any changes that had been made to the programme. This second part greatly improved my Spanish as I had to become very comfortable speaking over the phone with a great range of people.
