Shanaz’s hard work towards completing the project work is beyond limits. She has proven herself to be an asset for Sapient by her exceptionally great front end developer’s work. She is extremely fast in her work and remains very calm under extreme work pressure. It is her hard work that was one of the reasons for Firstnet.com to have zero defects in UAT twice. She has very good quality of maintaining fantastic relationships all across with team members. Her interaction with dev, QA and UX teams has made her attain a very high level of development approach with end user focus; easy of maintainability and future enhancements. Always smiling, she treats team members with respect, fairness, honesty and presents a positive influence for the team. Although Shanaz is a front-end developer, she stepped into the role of CMS site manager / site builder for the FirstNet Developer Portal re-design effort from December 2017 through March 2018. There were unique challenges in this role. Shanaz had no access to the code base and was fully dependent on the client’s development team for any functional components as well as CSS updates. Despite these challenges, Shanaz was able to complete the buildout of our assigned pages ahead of schedule and even took on work originally assigned to the external development team. Shanaz took care in every step of the buildout. Although the client’s development team assured us that they would handle functional and styling work, Shanaz took the initiative to build temporary solutions to fill in the gaps on the site while we waited for the development team to complete their work. I appreciate Shanaz for her skills, her work ethic, and her unfailingly gracious attitude towards unexpected issues.
