Starting from an entry-level role, I worked as an accounts assistant in a service company mainly providing education and immigration services to students and new immigrants. Since the pandemic in 2020, I also took over the administration duty because of the company restructure. I was accountable for checking daily transaction accounts, issuing invoices to customers, arranging payments to suppliers in time, and reconciling with the bank, customer, suppliers, and inter-department regularly. I worked closely with my supervisor who is head of the Finance & Administration Department, making weekly plans, following up on issues, and coordinating with other departments by providing administration and technical support. Though faced many challenges since Covid-19, my successes are as follows: • Implemented a new customer relationship management system by debugging and negotiating with the system developer, creating tutorial handbooks and coaching 11 employees in the sales department in using the system. • Accelerated the reconciliation process through reconciling between bank accounts and the CRM every week; collected information from departments in different locations, which led to the errors found in later revenue reports dropping by 70% • Introduced 3 digitized administration work processes during the Lockdown period including reimbursement, leave and IT feedback. An administrator for a newly found Melbourne-based office, supporting the headquarter in Sydney. Melbourne University Chinese Theatre Group is a student-based non-profit organization. The group targets students or anyone who shows interest in performing shows. Each year, the group promotes 2 shows, attracting an average of 1,500 audiences from all backgrounds. It takes at least 3 months to promote the show. From July 2015 to October 2015, served as "Assistant Stage Manager" and "Script Translator". Assistant Stage Manager: 1. Supported the stage manager. 2.
