Duties and Responsibilities:  Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems and file to insure the data accuracy; purging files to eliminate duplication of data  Process and update information of new arrival employees to Dbase & Oracle System (Gulf Food Factory and SFP)  Process and update renewable files such as Iqama, Passport, etc. (GFF and School Feeding Projects)  Generating list of employees qualified for vacations; list of staff in “Exit, termination, not return from vacation, runaway, etc.”  Process and update time sheets information to Dbase & Oracle system (GFF and Riyadh, Jeddah , Dammam School Feeding Projects)  Coordinating with Finance Department by generating reports for the payroll, deductions, vacation payment, end of service benefits, etc.  Modifying employee’s information in the system for any changes or transactions such as vacation, resignation, termination, runaway, not return from vacation, staff transfer, salary increase, job change, etc.  Sending hard copy of documents (HR Forms, reports, bio-data, list, etc.) to the Head Office for documentations.  Assisting other HR staff by sending updated list and sending back-up file to the Personnel Manager  Perform other duties assigned by the dept., Manager.  Secure information by completing data base backup.  Process & enter source documents by reviewing data for shortages; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures.
