I was also promoted three times over the years to a senior post, expanding on my responsibilities. • Other than performing invasive and non-invasive Cardiology tests my role consisted of managing trainees and teaching and supervising them in technical procedures which involves bringing all students up to the same high standard. • I was the Manual Handling Coordinator. My role was to manage risk within my department by insuring everyone followed the safety protocol set nationally • All non-invasive tests were supervised and performed by myself at the Royal London Hospital site. • I was involved with staff management and heads of department to bring structure and control within the Cardiology department by discussing and implementing protocols in various areas of testing, • Organising training and courses for the students within close regulatory protocols.
