Prepare/cross check Monthly dealer incentive report. • Issue credit note to each dealer against credit (Incentive) adjustment. (Debit & Credit notes adjustments in ledgers). • Prepare rebate working on price change based on dealers stock. • Support by involving in handling confidential documents and dealers annual agreements. • Verify every new dealer by sending dealer profile form to audit department. • Prepare sales persons performance/KPI & send to HR on requirement. • Preparing price lists & monthly policies/circulars & make sure market acknowledgement for record & rebate.
