  As a manager in the content team, I led operations, instructional design, reviewing and strategy for various ongoing courses. Eventually, I led an independent new team that was at the intersection of Product-Learner-Outcome for various existing and upcoming courses to evaluate the learner-fit, the market-fit and the outcome-fit for each course. Researched user needs by conducting focussed group discussions, in-depth interviews with target learners, consulted with industry experts, conducted competitor analysis and research, market comparisons to propose course design elements such as duration of course, key learning outcomes, identifying target audience and other aspects of courses.   Co-Led and set-up India's largest Randomised Control Trial (RCT) in STEM Education Worked with the Government of Haryana and J-PAL, reaching 240 government sector secondary schools to assess learning outcomes of ICT based classrooms and workbook based classrooms versus a control group. Led Content Strategy : worked with content team to create more than 1000 hours of video content, workbooks and assessment for grades 9 to 12 The content was eventually adopted by state-wide by Haryana and Jharkhand state government during the pandemic saw a whopping viewership of over 10 million views in only 2 months. Government and Funder relations: Worked closely with the Haryana state government officials and Michael Susan Dell Foundation along with BCG and Samagra Governance for implementation of the programs. Teacher Training : Worked along with a team of 15 program managers to train more than 1000 teachers on Blended Learning for Science and Math. Fundraising : Supported fundraising efforts resulting in $300,000 from USAIDS Development Innovations Grant (DIV) for the impact evaluation of the project Show less
