I performed the job and managed the project of setting up 40 laptops from hardware to software including specialised accounting training program setup and email account management in less than 3 weeks. This included working overtime to get the job done. Project was always completed each year with at least 2 to 3 days before the deadline to quality control and to make sure that each new user had a problem free laptop and work was able to begin properly on day 1. I ran this project each year.• Roll out of 13 New Industrial Sized Konika Minolta Printers valued at R120,000 each.This project had to be done over a 2 day period in order to get users up and running in order to print work for clients. The smooth running of this project insured that no deadlines were missed and business could carry on as per normal day to day operations.Awards:I obtained the Ernst and Young Intaba Award for client satisfaction and hard work which was only for members of the Audit and Accounting Department. I was voted as the recipient of the award from my colleagues in other departments for my IT services to them.
