Shallee's first short story was published when it was one of eight chosen from an international writing contest to be included in their semiannual anthology. She was 15. She uses her creativity and drive to see problems in a new light and solve them efficiently and effectively. Taking initiative seems to come naturally to her as she is able to take projects on with little to no supervision, and move them smoothly to completion. She is detail oriented, yet is always aware of budget constraints and revenue goals for the company. Shallee is a people person and is a joy to work with.
