Diligent, conscientious, invested, caring, coachable and affable are the terms that come to mind when I think of the time I served as Shalini’s supervisor. To date, Shalini has expanded the number of opportunities available for our international students. She has also created timely resources for employers, students and staff. Through her work and research, she has quickly become the department expert on the benefits and advantages of hiring international students in the US. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Shalini Jain for internships or full-time employment in the human resources field. I've had the pleasure of knowing Shalini since she became my student in the Master of Human Resource Management program in January 2015. She excelled in two of my courses in written and presentation requirements which prompted me to ask her to be my classroom aide for an undergraduate course I taught in the Fall 2015 semester. She accepted the classroom aide assignment and was a tremendous help to me and the students in grading exams, student polling, preparing course reports and fulfilling administrative responsibilities. She was helpful with student inquiries and was always approachable despite her own demanding course load. Shalini is quite interested in the human resources field and conversant in the latest practices and company developments. I am confident she will continue to succeed after attaining her master' s degree and any organization she joins will be well served by a dedicated professional.
