Make a Difference is an International NPO. I had mentored and monitored a young Girl Child at an Orphanage, Bachiyon Ka Ghar to aid her inclusion in the society. She secured the first position in class 11th with 89% marks. At MAD, An aftercare wingman deals with teenagers of age between 18–21/23 and helps them chase their dreams. An aftercare wingman will be responsible for all the process required for a teenager to start and complete their higher education such as professional courses, degrees or any coaching/training required in sports, recreational activities such as music, acting, hospitality management course etc. Hence as the name suggests an aftercare wingman through his support and mentorship will help the kids achieve their goals. In one line, a Wingman takes up the role of a parent. Show less
