· Worked full time on what was considered the most challenging floor of the facility, providing care to long-term residents- the majority of which possessed significant physical and/or cognitive impairments· Assisted with activities of daily living as directed by the individual care plan for each resident with a range of 8-14 residents per shift· Read body language and interacted with residents to discover whether or not they were experiencing abnormal pain, then reported any changes in condition to the nurse.
