  Currently Working from July 2021 to Present as a Diploma Apprentice Training. • Work in “Before Paint” Line under Production Manufacturing. • Worked as an Active member of QC (Quality Control), WO (Workplace Organization) and Monitor & Analyze Human Error, Quality Defects. • Counselling of Operator to Analyze reason for defect i.e. TWTTP/HERCA Monitoring ADPU & CPA to analyze current status & implementing quality measures, checkpoints to the system for Improving Quality. • Ensured the machine OEE and correct procedure to be followed according to SOP. • Monitoring the production according to plan & alignment of Manpower with Line leader, target follow up and shift report. • Developed and maintained Manpower management by Skill matrix and providing training. • Increasing the versatility of the work force by making the training Plan and its adherence, timely work force reconciliation to ensure smooth running. • Exposure to KAIZEN (SK, MK, QK). • Performs OPL, SOP, 5S at workstations.
