Bond & Quality Administrator

Oct 2015 - Sep 2018
Predominantly my role involves data quality of the new database, BOND Adapt v11. This includes auditing and reporting of the day to day workflow activities of the Front Office and Statement of Work Teams, to management. I also add CV’s to the system and utilise the job boards and social media to identify and approach suitable candidates. Another important part of my role is Customer Service/Candidate Service: To acknowledge speculative CV’ sent into the Front Office Team and assess the requirements of each candidateI have developed a good understanding of Gibbs Hybrid client companies and the variety of roles and positions within the IT staffing industry and this helps me to match spec CV’ more accurately.

Contractor Care Assistant
-
Sep 2015 - Oct 2015
My Customer Care role involved extensive Contractor liaising and service. I followed a uniform process and a consistent approach when communicating with the contractors. I attended events for all resources and travelled to key sites (Northampton, Cardiff, London, Sunbury and wherever the contractors where based) to meet with them. Met Contractors on their first day of their assignment, or during their first week onsite (if this was not possible) and alongside the Contractor Care Manager, I was the first port of call for all contractors and associate queries. The role involved strong Communication Skills (face to face, email and verbal) and management of an ever increasing work load. I possessed the core values of Gibbs S3 and demonstrated them on a consistent basis, whilst upholding the Gibbs S3 core values in the marketplace. I helped build good relationships with contractors and all members of the Gibbs S3 team. I was able to resolve problems independently and provided a 1st class service to all resources. Another aspect of my role was to support the back office functions and members of the Finance Team, dealing with time sheets, payments and contract queries, whilst using referring to PeopleFluent, Fieldglass and ETZ portals.
