  •Monitoring network using different NMS and performance monitoring tools •Managing trouble tickets from assigning to follow up •Providing level 1 logical (Data, SDH & DWDM network) support and coordination with operational stakeholders to rectify operational issues •First level troubleshooting for applicable cases •Identify, localize, prioritize network faults and alarms, notify and escalate according to escalation procedure, through SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Phone Call, E-mail, etc. •Effective Communication with clients and stakeholders over phone/email/meetings •Follow up issued TTs providing status & taking necessary actions and verify and close issued TTs finalized by field engineers & clients accordingly •Managing issues on the basis of priority and urgency •Reporting within deadline with analysis and accuracy
