   Inspection & Monitoring the planned activities and recommend/implement changes as required. Preparation of work schedules and keep them updated Reporting to Senior Engineers about work progress and issues during new construction and maintenance works related to buildings infrastructures, street lightening and MEP Works. To ensure that carried out activities are according to QA/QC procedures and standards like ISO & ASTM, otherwise to prepare non conformance reports.  Responsible for planning and delivery of required materials on site. Preparation of Daily Work Progress Reports and maintaining the same for future reports. Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and expediting the delivery of materials and equipment for their timely on-site delivery. Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Obtain, or see that the subcontractors obtain, all necessary permits for temporary and construction purposes. Coordinate the MEP works on site with the activities of inspection agencies as necessary through installation, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance phases. Assist Project Manager in securing all equipment guarantees, warranties and service/maintenance agreements
