  In the period of my current service I am providing technical and professional support to Bangladesh Ansar & VDP for Training Need assessment, training/workshop/Meetings facilitation and monitoring & managing the field activities undergone under Flood Preparedness Programme (FPP) at Sirajganj. I have provided workshop/training facilitation support for different projects of BDPC.   This was the period of putting my learning to the test. I had the opportunity of Managing the BDPC training Cell and organizing training program for different level of trainees. I was involved in report writing of all the projects by BDPC.
