• Center Base Activities management as well as Conduct or guide assessment of current Case management interventions and staff knowledge and skills in Multi-purpose center in the camps and host Community.• Identify Capacity Building needs of staff and conduct capacity building activities to meet the needs through trainings, workshops, mentorship, technical Sessions.• Direct supervised on Case management officer, Psychosocial Support officer, Outreach facilitator, Life Skill facilitator.• Reporting in CPIMS+, PSS Kobo tool format and Structured Life Skill, outreach community based support program.• Guide adherence to the CP guiding principles throughout all CP Program activities. • Plan, Conduct and/or supervise facilitation of Technical Sessions for Case workers/Case Managers following inter agency guidelines, with the objective of building capacity of staff on comprehensive case management topics. • Maintain positive coordination and relationship with CIC, Sub sector, other partners in the field to promote a holistic approach to Program.• Reports to weekly, Bi weekly, Monthly, CPIMS+, Achievement reports of Quarterly.• Establish strong linkage between Good Neighbors and other agencies' programs for mainstreaming CP prevention and response through Community empowerment.• Perform any other duties as required by the Program Manager, UNICEF RER Project.
