Tropical Research and Conservation Centre

  Sabah, Borneo Participated in daily work scuba dives, making artificial coral reef to restore the reef slope. Carried out multiple fish, invert and turtle surveys and teaching new volunteers different surveying techniques. Nightly patrols to monitor nesting turtles, collected data from them (e.g. species, female size, GPS location, how many eggs in the clutch, etc) then relocated the nest to secure hatchery.
