• Designed Pressure vessels, Nozzles, Pipes, and Leg Pads using CREO and created drawing and list of applicable weld types for manufacturing teams. • Performed calculations and delivered documentation files of thermal stress and pressure analysis using ANSYS Workbench. • Pitched ideas of temporary solutions for avoiding breakdowns in the pressure vessel assemblies. • Communicate, determine and eliminate any possible issues with manufacturer to ensure accurate, punctual delivery of client’s equipment. • Performed extensive durability and validation testing for unreleased products, conducted Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to overcome issues during development and installation.
