Working as an Assistant Data Manager in endTB clinical research trials. This project is a collaboration of Interactive Research and Development (IRD), Indus Hospital and is funded by the French organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).Responsibilities• Received the training about the Protocols, SOPs, Good Documentation Practice and Good Clinical Practice.• Trained and led the team of two Data Entry Officers at the site in Pakistan. • Overseeing the data entry for two clinical trials (endTB and endTB-Q) into an Electronic Data Capture system ‘OpenClinica’.• Leading Quality Control across the site, overseeing Source Data Review (SDR) and Ensuring the data quality is of a high standard by checking the consistency of the data in the documentation.• Resolving the data queries and discrepancies, performing corrections in OpenClinica, following safety data reconciliation.• Initiating systematic improvements in site processes and information flows.• Designing and updating Case Report Forms (CRFs), and maintaining study documentation on SharePoint. • Conducting regular training across departments.• Liaising with sponsors and related third parties (MSF France, Epicenter) on a regular basis to share progress and discuss strategies for site data management.
